Control

Cleaning the bed twice a day is suggested in order to
remove the manure and urine contaminated bedding.
ShowBed Soft is very absorbent an will help keep your animal
dry. Helpful Hint –
ShowBed Soft will do such a good job of
absorbing the urine that you may think the urine has
disappeared. Don’t be fooled; search for the wet spots
and remove them so that urine will not build up form the
bottom of the bed. If your horse urinates heavily and/or
is a messy animal in the stall, it might be helpful to
mix in some shavings or sawdust to keep wet bedding from
caking in the animal's hooves.

ShowBed Soft. Even though
ShowBed Soft contains wood fiber from
cardboard, most of the harmful chemicals that your horse
is allergic to have been removed in the paper making
process.

Cleaning: We suggest that
ShowBed Soft should be spot cleaned on a
regular basis to remove manure and urine contaminated bedding.
Regular narrow tined bedding forks with less than 1/2" space
between forks work the best for cleaning. Loose manure from
dairy cattle sometimes requires a shovel for more thorough
cleaning.
